Established as a charity in 1919, to address the social needs affecting Liverpool in the slump that followed the First World War PSS remains an “innovative, empowering charity… with the ethos of pioneering new ways of delivering services”
PSS services enable people of all ages and needs to live independent and healthy lives in a community setting. Our services use innovative models and practice that has been taken forward around the world. Ground-breaking PSS projects include Age Concern, CAB and Marriage Guidance
