Children & Families
|
PSS works with children and their families to assist them in raising healthy and happy children, and to improve the lives of those children who are less fortunate than others. Ensuring children develop in to well rounded adults is one of our top priorities so we ensure that we give children all the support that they require to give them a purpose in their life.
We currently work with around 1000 children, young people and their families across England, Scotland and Wales. By means of innovative, specifically targeted services we aim to help children and their families overcome the impact of disadvantage and disability. Our aim is to make children and their parents happy together so that they may reach their potential.
The key to all of this is professionalism. Caring without a professional approach and infrastructure does not work. At PSS staff are trained, qualifications and standards are professional, outcomes are monitored and assessed. It shows in the number of statutory authorities who now commission PSS to ensure that they fulfil their obligations. Above all, it shows in the thousands of vulnerable people who, thanks to PSS standards and commitment, are today leading fuller, happier, more independent lives.

We provide flexible services which are adaptable to meet the needs of changing pressures affecting children and their families that are good value for money.
