PSS is a charity and a company limited by guarantee and membership is open to anyone (subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees) who wishes to support PSS.
The members of PSS elect a Board of Trustees from the membership. Those members elected as Trustees also constitute the Directors of the company. In addition to the Annual General Meeting, the Board meets at least four times a year.
