Greater Merseyside Care Partnership collaborates to host an annual Good Practice event and various workshops to support the development of the adult social care workforce. LSCP provides a number of services in addition to administration of the Workforce Development Fund.

Name of Partnership - Halton Social Care Alliance
Lead organisation - Halton Borough Council
Members of the Halton Social Care Alliance are supported by a dedicated Partnership Officer in Halton Borough Council and Workforce Development Officer in Warrington Borough Council. Members are provided with advice, guidance and support in relation to workforce development, training and funding available. One-to-one support and on-line training to use National Minimum Data Set for Social Care is offered. The Members all strive to support each other with good practice, resources and information shared. Regular meetings, with guest speakers, encourage workforce development and offer the opportunity to network with and learn from one another. Free training can be accessed.
