Leadership Team
PSS have recently undergone a radical review in the organisation with a goal to create a culture that will deliver the best possible service and enable them to continue to grow into their second century as a national U.K. Charity and Social Enterprise.
Throughout 2010 and part of 2011, PSS have actioned a number of reviews in order to ensure they achieve their goal. These have covered:
- governance review
- organisational structure review
- managment information practices and capability review
- diversity review
- strategic review
- planning review
One of the outcomes of these reviews has been the creation of a new Leadership Team within PSS whose members are listed below:
Chief Executive: Lesley Dixon
Assistant CEO and Director of Operations: Paul Harris
Director of Business Development: Paul Clitheroe
Director of Finance: Alison Ryan
Director of People and Culture: Deborah Woodgate
